The XTube® B-Type corrugated tube heat exchanger have been especially developed for processes involving heating or cooling of liquids and gases, condensation processes and evaporation processes, using either Stainless Steel (AISI 304, AISI 316, AISI 316L) Duplex Steels (2205, 2507, 254SMO etc.) or higher resistance materials such as Titanium, Incoloy etc.

Commonly used types

Condensation of gases and vapours: XTube® B-Type.
Exhaust gas cooling: XTube® B-Type.
Condensation of gases with a tendency to foul: XTube Boxer®.

XTUBE® MONOTUBE

These are corrugated tube heat exchangers formed by two concentric tubes and are especially useful for treating particulate fluids (such as fruit dices contained in juice or syrup) or fluids which contain significant amounts of fibres or particles.

XTUBE® B-TYPE

These are multi-tube heat exchangers developed for industrial applications such as steam water heating, energy recovery, condensation etc.

XTUBE® MULTITUBE

These are multi-tube heat exchangers developed for hygienic/sanitary applications in the food industry. The fluids may be highly viscous and may also contain limited quantities of pulp and/or fibres.

XTUBE BOXER®

These are scraped surface heat exchangers developed by XLG for use in highly fouling processes and with highly viscous liquids.

G-PLATE

These are Plate heat exchangers sealed with elastomeric gaskets which are ideally suited to a range of industrial applications with a wide range of standards available in stainless steel, titanium and duplex stainless steels.

B-PLATE

These are brazed plate heat exchangers which are highly suited to a range of industrial applications involving refrigeration, air conditioning etc.
